Unlike some of our competitors we like our customers to know how much things will cost up front so included at the bottom of this page is a chart of charges.

We also make no money from parts so we get you the best deals available as we have flat rates to cover our expenses.

Home visit repair/service/reinstall:

£25 for the first visit, which includes travel and 1 hour at your home or workplace. (Travel is included if within 5 miles of Hamilton after that mileage is charged at £1 per mile)

If we do not resolve within 1 hour we will then confirm a fixed price for the solution. (Repairs include virus removal)

Charges after first hour would be at £20 per hour, minimum 1/2 hour, if materials are needed we will advise you where to buy at the lowest price or source for you if requested.

Drop off repair/service/reinstall:

£20 for repair or reinstall (If the job would require more work than normal this will be discussed and agreed before work is carried out).

(To pick up the machine and then deliver back there is a £5 charge. Mileage charge may apply if more than 5 miles away from Hamilton)

(If dropping off a machine please remember to include any disks that came with the machine, and to state anything you would want to keep from the machine in case it needs to be reformatted. No data on a machine being repaired can be guaranteed safe so please remember to back up your data.)

Network installation :

£50 to install a normal home network (wireless or wired). Ask for a quote if there will be more than 4 computers attached or if for a business. We can advise where to purchase parts or source them for you.

Custom PC/Upgrade :

£50 to build, test and install software on a custom PC/Gamers PC. We will advise where to buy the parts or source the parts for you and our charge then covers us building it and testing it for you.

£10-£50 for upgrades depending on the parts/software involved. We will advise where to buy the parts or source the parts for you and our charge then covers us installing it and testing it for you.

Website :

We offer full website solutions for your business or even your hobby with prices starting from as little as £150. We can also offer hosting packages along with ecommerce options. Please contact us for details about current website offers and to receive a free quotation.

Ad Hoc work :

We are available as consultants on various types of work. Please contact us to discuss pricing.

(normal pricing for ad hoc work would be £25 per hour.)

Business (small to medium) :
